STEP 2. Accomplish our registration form correctly provided by you at our branch.
Kindly write your complete name, birth date, status, gender, address, city, zipcode, nationality, country (preferably Philippine address), contact nos., email address, spouse name and his/her birth date, successor's name and his/her relationship to you, then have your signature.
Note: If you don't have any email account, kindly create here EMAIL.
Step 3. Scratch the back side of the retailer's card to reveal your password.
Step 4. Open the Company's Official Website> ENTER HERE.
Step 5. Click this For Members, please click HERE.
Step 6. Click this To Register, please click HERE.
Step 7. Check the Mini box, signifying that you have read, understood and hereby agree to the Terms and Condition stated herein.
Step 8. Click the NEXT button to continue.
Step 9. Enter your MEMBERs ID found at the Back of your Retailers Card, including the password correctly.
Step 10. Hit NEXT button to continue the registration process.
Step 11. Enter the following information's written in your temporary registration form(Step 2).
Step 12. Choose what will be your placement position in the system (Left/Right).
Step 13. Hit Next to continue after verification. Review each details before hitting the FINISH button. If in doubt ask the branch personnel to assist you in the registration process.
